HANDMADE PORCHETTA 3.5kg Approx

Boned pork rolled with Umbrian wild fennel , rosemary, sage, salt, pepper and garlic, slow-roasted for 5 hours at low temperature in a specific Porchetta oven. This deliciously aromatic and moist roast is perfect served freshly sliced, with bread or as a dish.
